Location
The facilities are in the city of Poughkeepsie, in NY's Dutchess
county. It is conveniently located between NYC and Albany, only
minutes off I-87, with plenty of free, secure, off-street parking.
It is also easily accessible vie Metro North Railroad.
Terms, Conditions & Dungeon Rules
All play must be "safe, sane & consensual" between
informed adults.
The rental agreement does not extend to professional relationships
where there is an exchange of money or other compensation and where
the paid activity involves sex of any kind. (Or in other words,
if you are getting paid or paying to have sex please get a motel
room instead.)
The rental fee includes use of the rooms, and dungeon furniture
only. Floggers, whips, paddles, insertable toys, and medical supplies
(other than first aid kit) are not included for hygiene reasons.
We invite you to bring in your own toys for your scene but please
be sure to leave ours here. 
We also ask that you take a few moments to clean up after yourselves,
especially if there has been any body fluids in contact with furniture
or equipment. If there has been any "heavy" contamination
during your scene please bring the questionable area or item to
our attention.
Please consider the fact that we have neighbors and prefer to not
draw their attention. Please arrive in conservative clothing and
act discreetly when entering the premises.
Rates
- Private dungeon rental rates start at just $50 an hour for two
people.
- Party rental of the space is also possible. The facilities have
easily accommodated parties of up to 14 people in the past, and
we would make other areas of the house available to you for parties.
